Dear current clients, please take a moment to review the two booking options below. Choosing the correct format ensures that all available appointments are displayed for your selected location:
• In-Clinic: Face-to-face consultations are available on Tuesday and Wednesday only.
• Telehealth: Video or phone consultations are available on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday.
All appointments, client information & patient forms are securely managed via Halaxy, our online practice management system.
Wells Psychology is accepting new clients and assessments from May 2025.
All initial appointments (for both therapy and assessment) are 90 minutes to allow plenty of time to explore your history and set clear goals without feeling rushed. To ensure the best timing, these appointments are scheduled directly through our admin team.
To book, simply submit your details below or email us directly, and a team member will be able to assist you with the next available appointment.
Once your initial appointment is complete, all subsequent sessions can be booked online.
