Principal Psychologist/Founder
Ashlee is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychologist offering holistic mental health and well-being support. With a strong focus on Neurodiversity, Women's Mental Health & Well-being, and Perinatal & Parenting Support, she is committed to fostering clients' emotional and psychological health while walking alongside them as they develop a stronger, kinder sense of self.
For over a decade, Ashlee has developed her skills and gained extensive experience across non-government and private sectors, including adult and paediatric private practice, alcohol and other drug (AOD) rehabilitation, foster and kinship care, residential youth mental health programs, and disability services.
Her dedication to perinatal mental health and supporting families during this critical time emerged from her own intense transition into motherhood, where she experienced Matrescence firsthand.
In addition, Ashlee works authentically with neurodivergent clients as a fellow AuDHDer. She combines her professional knowledge and lived experience to enhance understanding and connection, creating a neuroaffirming and welcoming space.
Above all, Ashlee provides a safe and supportive environment for her clients, offering a caring, non-judgmental approach to therapy. She understands the pressures of parenting as an imperfect, neurodivergent mother navigating the complexities of balancing life while raising two young children.
2023 AusMumpreneur Finalist
Ashlee was proud to be a finalist in the prestigious AusMumpreneur Awards for 2023. This recognition underscores her dedication to excellence in delivering wellness services for mothers and families.
