Principal Psychologist/Founder
Meet Ashlee, a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychologist who provides exceptional mental health services to children, mothers, and families. With a special interest in Women's Mental Health & Wellbeing, Parenting Support, and Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH), Ashlee focuses on the emotional health and development of parents and infants.
Since graduating from James Cook University in 2014, Ashlee has refined her skills and developed extensive experience in both non-government and private sectors. Her diverse career has ranged from disability, foster and kinship, youth mental health, AOD and rehabilitation, and private practice. For the past 8 years, she has worked in a private practice setting, providing support to clients across the lifespan and from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ashlee's passion for perinatal mental health developed during her intense transition into motherhood, where she experienced Matrescence firsthand. Her expertise in this area has grown tremendously, and she is committed to supporting families during this critical time.
In addition to her work with perinatal mental health, Ashlee also enjoys working with neurodivergent clients and has additional experience and training to diagnose adults in ADHD and Autism.
Above all else, Ashlee provides a safe and supportive environment for her clients with a caring, non-judgmental approach to therapy. She understands the pressures of parenting firsthand, as an imperfect mother trying to navigate the challenges of raising two small children.
We are proud finalists in the prestigious AusMumpreneur Awards for 2023, which recognise the outstanding achievements of Australian mums in business. This honor highlights our commitment to excellence in wellness services for mothers and families.
