Principal Psychologist/Founder
Ashlee is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychologist offering mental health support to women, mothers, and families. With a particular interest in Women's Mental Health & Wellbeing, Parenting Support, and Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH), Ashlee is committed to fostering the emotional health and development of both parents and infants.
Since graduating from James Cook University in 2014, Ashlee has refined her skills and developed experience in both non-government and private sectors. Over the past decade, her diverse career has spanned disability services, foster and kinship care, youth mental health, AOD (alcohol and other drugs) rehabilitation, and private practice. For the last 8 years, Ashlee has worked in a private practice setting, offering support to clients of all ages and from various cultural backgrounds.
Ashlee's dedication to perinatal mental health developed during her intense transition into motherhood, where she experienced Matrescence firsthand. Her commitment in this area has grown tremendously, and she is devoted to supporting families during this critical time.
In addition to her focus on perinatal mental health, Ashlee is enthusiastic about working with neurodivergent clients. She possesses specific training and experience in diagnosing ADHD and Autism in adults. As an AuDHDer, Ashlee brings a deep understanding of the unique experiences and perspectives of the neurodivergent community.
Above all else, Ashlee provides a safe and supportive environment for her clients with a caring, non-judgmental approach to therapy. She understands the pressures of parenting firsthand, as an imperfect neurodivergent mother trying to navigate the challenges of raising two small children.

Ashlee was proud to be a finalist in the prestigious AusMumpreneur Awards for 2023. This recognition underscores her dedication to excellence in delivering wellness services for mothers and families.
